I haven't posted lately because I moved. I'm getting settled and will be updating the blog more frequently.
Now I'm fixing up the house. The problem was the light fixture over the dining room table. It had one broken globe and the globes that were there wouldn't fit over the new "energy efficient" bulbs.
Mark Lipinski posts creative ideas on his facebook wall. He suggested using Ball jars as globes. We had a case of jars in the basement... a free solution. After struggling to drill holes in the top of the jar lids, we had a winning solution.
I like the industrial, moden look. Now onto the next project.
